Clairemont Equipment is a family owned Company with 5 locations throughout southern California. We provide Equipment Rentals, Sales, Service and Parts to Contractors and Homeowners. We are looking to add a qualified FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANT to our team at our Corporate Administration Office in San Diego - Kearny Mesa. Receptionist / Office Assistant Our Corporate Office is open Monday - Friday from 7am - 5pm. Work hours for this position would be Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour lunch.
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policies with exceptional telephone skills
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary
- Take written messages for personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages
- Alphabetical and/or Numerical filing
- Email/Fax customer Invoices
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Depending on experience and ability other job assignments may be available
Requirements (included but not limited to)
- No Experience Necessary but it is a plus
- Must be customer service oriented/friendly
- This job requires someone who excels at paying attention to detail and is organized
- Programs you will use may include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Some basic knowledge of these programs would be helpful
- Must be a team player
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
- Must conduct oneself in a professional manner
- Willing to multi-task
